How often do you find yourself gazing into the refrigerator or cupboard wondering what to eat? Do you ever pause and feel your body to know if it is really hungry? Often times I find myself in the kitchen cleaning up after my children’s snacks or after a meal and I find myself looking over the food and wanting to pick at it. Cravings come up to eat cooked foods or indulge in something like a cookie or sandwich that I know will make me feel awful because of the sugar or gluten content. It is around for my family but I generally don’t eat it unless I decide to give into one of these weak moments, which isn’t often.
Lately, however, I have been doing very well. I am in the process of finishing my third round of a parasite cleanse that is working great. So well, in fact, that I am feeling rather tired and I have cold-like symptoms of sneezing and having to blow my nose frequently. This has astonished my family members because I very rarely get sick anymore, since changing over to a high raw food lifestyle seven years ago. I try to explain that I’m not sick, I’m just cleansing. They don’t understand because they see the symptoms and figure I’ve “caught” something.
As I cleanse, my body naturally shuts down the desire to eat so it can concentrate on cleaning out. This is normal and is happening for the duration, which is three days using the Herbal Parasite Cleanse from Dr. Christopher, then two days using his Quick Colon Cleanse and repeating this cycle two more times. Usually I just rest but life must carry on. Because I am in better shape this go round, I am able to live life pretty normally except for the near loss of my voice as a result of all the mucous coming up. I know, gross.
It is estimated that 85-95% of North Americans have parasites. The main way we get them is from our food and water, but other ways can be from dogs who have tapeworms which can affect the heart, from chewing our fingernails, not washing after using the restroom, being around children and from unclean environments. These scavengers go into the body and feed off the toxic waste we put in like the dead food, sugar, processed foods, etc. Using an herbal parasite cleanse like the one described above helps clean out the body and get us back on track. Some symptoms of parasites may be:
INABILITY TO GAIN OR LOSE WEIGHT
CHRONIC SINUS OR EAR INFECTIONS
URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS
ITCHY EARS OR NOSE
ANAL ITCHING, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT
GAS AND BLOATING
IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME
GRINDING TEETH WHILE SLEEPING
PAIN IN THE NAVEL
PAIN IN THE BACK,THIGHS OR SHOULDERS
BURNING IN THE STOMACH
DROOLING WHILE SLEEPING
ANY MENSTRUAL COMPLAINT
CYSTS AND FIBROIDS
EATING MORE AND STILL BEING HUNGRY
ALL SKIN PROBLEMS
CHRONIC VIRAL SYNDROMES
PROSTATE PROBLEMS AND SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION IN MEN
WATER RETENTION (mostly from tapeworms)
CRAWLING FEELING UNDER THE SKIN
I noticed problems around my heart and many other symptoms from the list above. Heart pain and attacks can also be associated with parasites. Feeling wiggling around in different areas helped me know that I had a parasite problem so I began with a bit of spring cleaning inside. During the cleanse I didn't feel well at all as the parasites began loosening their grip from my body and dying off. I felt in my left side where the colon turns (the left colic flexure) quite a bit of pain which had been happening at various times for years. During the cleanse though I could feel that they were holding on and it hurt. I rubbed that area downward and eventually the pain subsided.
Having to do the cleanse at three different times helps the die off of the adults, then any remaining and finally the eggs. My cravings go away toward the latter part of cleaning out and I’m not as tempted to eat the junk food lying around. I also find I’m not as hungry.
In the book, “The Cure for All Diseases” by Dr. Hulga Clark, she states that flukes, a specific worm, can get into the pancreas and cause malfunction leading to Diabetes. Often these children and adults have extended abdomens and find it difficult to lose weight.
If you are struggling with eating everything in sight or not being able to stop eating because you feel hungry all the time, if you are a meat eater, or if you have a dog or other animal you may want to consider getting a test from a doctor for parasites. There are over 1,000 different kinds of parasites, however, and only tests available for about fifty different types, so they may be undetectable. If you have all the symptoms and want to try a natural way with herbs, Dr. Christopher’s Parasite Cleanse is a great way to do it gently but very effectively along with his Quick Colon Cleanse protocol. Give it a try. Colonic hydrotherapy may also be a great way to rid the bowels and intestines of anything else lingering after or during the cleanse.
